We are extremely pleased to be offering "Ivan" and "Sempre" puppies this spring. I first met Ivan sometime ago on one of my many visits to Kyon Kennels. He was being walked by a Co-op student. I will never forget how beautiful he looked and what a pleasure he was to meet that day. I have been following Ivan carefully ever since. This boy is a delight to be with and a beautiful dog of type and structure to complete his package. Sempre's 100% British pedigree and previous successful breeding compliment Ivan so well. These classic British type puppies are due to arrive about February 11th, 2010. They will be ready for approved homes approximately the first week of April. Aria has been chosen as the one for Sheaster! We have wanted to use Sheaster at Goldnote for a long time but not until now did we have just the right match! We are assured of lots of colour and great retrieving skills from these babies! Aria's favourite passtimes include; picking up and carrying her blanket, (rarely seen without it) playing with her half sister Lily, welcoming guests and cuddling on the cough with them if Dad's not looking. Golden Retriever Specialty winner Sheaster has produced numerous master hunters and working dogs in his career not to mention conformation Championships in his offspring. To his credit the desire to work, retrieve and please is consistantly passed on to his babies. Puppies are due very early April and will be ready to go home in June. OUR PUPPY PHILOSOPHY
Great family pets and show dogs require a great start in life. Puppies need to be reared in clean, safe environments exposed to household noises, people, objects and daily life. Our home raised puppies have the advantage of learning that people and children are wonderful to be around and make great friends. We pick-up, touch, and cuddle our puppies several times every day to ensure they learn to enjoy people and being handled. Our indoor puppy runs are designed to ensure the proper principals of house training have started at the earliest possible age, making the transition to potty training in family homes much easier. Breeding parents are screened and chosen with great care. Lines known for sound temperament, health, longevity, correct structure and type are a priority at Goldnote.
All of our puppies come with a three year written health guarantee. Parents are certified clear for hips, elbows, eyes, and hearts by board certified specialists as well as being screened for thyroid. We breed only Championship lines. Our puppies are registered with the Canadian Kennel Club and sold under a non-breeding agreement as set out by the CKC.
Puppies are Veterinarian checked and have received their first set of shots, been de-wormed and tattooed when they are released to carefully chosen homes at eight weeks of age.
